building blocks

'' sesungguhnya Allah mencintai org2 yg berperang di jalanNya dalam barisan yg teratur, mereka seakan2 seperti suatu bangunan yg tersusun kukuh''-[as saff:4]

=)

sometimes u just need someone to be beside u esp when u're in critical phase.someone dt u trust,dt u love to be with,dt will bring u closer to Allah.she will sit in front of u,listen to evrythg dt u want to talk about, share evry single probs that u think u wont be able to go through it alone, listen to her experience dt might be a good template for me,later in life insyaAllah..then collapse together on the floor.ooopss.=p.yup,smtimes u just need it.

''dampinglah kamu dgn insan yg boleh menasihatimu bila kamu melakukan kesilapan''..this was the ym status of a friend of mine.

hard to believe.in only almost 2 years.merely 2 years,u are able to get as big, miserable prob as this.never thought of getting it,cz it's just not you.heh.congrats to me.tarbiyah dr Allah insyaAllah.courage has built in me perhaps..but out of many things, the one i need is only kekuatan hati, which only The Most Gracious can give me..and alhamdulillah, kekuatan yg d cari, eventhough mungkin xsebesar mane,dh mula drasai.it is jst a good start fr me,in case the same probs or other probs come to ambush me again (?).haha.

jazakillah for those precious moment ukht =).jazakillah..sedar tak sedar,Allah shows me the way to solve the prob through her.mybe she doesnt realise it.but i do.she as a medium..mashaAllah,see hw Great He Is?so..sweet.

i dont know why i was soo brave to put aside my lecture notes n all ilmu duniawi stuffs, eventhough there're lots of subtopics that i havent go through it,even once, since the 1st semester commenced,or even worst, the next day i'll have my midsem test.hah.great job.i like it.challenging,n alhamdulillah.i can finish it up ds morning.

so,i get both.my stdy n the slow-talk @ pillow talk thing.heheheheheh.

Ya Allah, dasarkanlah ukhuwah ini hanya keranaMu..leraikanlah jika ianya hanya menjauhkan diriku dariMu.kekalkan jika inilah yg terbaik bgku atau tunjukkanlah jalan jika ada suatu yg lebih baik utkku.ameen ya rabbal alamin..

a deliberation..?

After today's soul refreshing slot (took place in cs)..
Kept me wondering all night..
Have i been too oblivious all these years..?
Its simple, yet most people by pass this thing..

Referring to the 5th ayah of the Al-Alaq..
(Taught man which he knew not )

This refer to our Might Lord who taught man which what man do not know.

Often since our primary school, we have been taught that "Education is important! Don't be lazy! You need to pass with flying colors or else you will fail miserably through out your entire life!"
All these 'motivation' sayings put pressure on youths and cause them to be exam oriented. Which simply means, younger generations nowadays tend to focus on being a straight A1 student that mark clearly on a piece of paper at the end of the day than being an A1 servant of Allah in the whole entire life.

Yup, they do study hard or smart (famous type of studying these days) to achieve the scroll that shouts to the world "I am brilliant! I got a 1st Class Honors in my course! You wont regret if you hire me to work in your organizations or companies!"

I'm sure,at one point of our life, we all have gone through the impression or belief that the society needs only these kind of people. Why, if any of you could remember, which i certainly do despite i rarely remember things in detail, that all our past motivational talk that we have gone through, the emphasize on the importance of obtaining the ribboned scroll at the end of tertiary education. None or if they are, only few mentioned that we need to be an A1 person not only in school, but in our daily life and importantly an A1 servant in the view of Allah. Even, when a student manage to get up to 16-17 A1's, when were asked 'what's the secret behind your success?', rarely we will hear the answer, 'its a Big Help from the All Mighty. Without Him helping me in understanding all these knowledge i would not have succeed'. Rather, the answer that would be famous is 'i studied smartly, follow tightly to my timetable' or 'its pure luck (nasib baik je ni)' or 'use the XXpen,Xy eraser, XZ pencils in the exam, and you'll succeed like me'..

So, when a sis bring up the discussion of the first five ayah of the sura al-alaq, I was profound. Somewhere at the back of my head, i knew everything I studied for the past 11-12 years in my life and succeed to proceed my studying further was not solely base on my effort (yeah right, i used to be lazy, back in the primary & high school). It was actually due to a gift or some would say a bless given by Him. I used to only remember this during the peak-period of the exams week. And during the week when result will be released. Other than that, it would never come up to my mind.

An example that was being given during the slot discussion was

"ABC and EFG are both a science students. Both have no knowledge on any Arts subjects. So one say, both of them decides to undertake an art subject as an elective. They went together to the same lecture, sitting side by side, i.e. in the same environment. But then after each lecture, ABC seem to have more understanding on that subject compare to EFG.. EFG is confused. How did ABC manage to grasps all the information quickly?"

Here it clearly shows, if Allah wills it, He'll give or taught the knowledge to a person quickly, as ABC get. So it would rather be unreasonable to say to someone, I'm not as intelligent as you, or vice versa. Put a 110% effort in all the work, and if He will it, you'll get what you desire, and if not, remember that He knows whats the best for you.

Someone once mentioned to me that " If by getting sick you'll remember Allah more, than He gives sick as a gift to u often, if by getting healthy you'll remember Allah more, He bless you with the gift of health."..the list continues including the success and failure in our life. So, if by succeeding in your studies is how you'll remember Allah better, than He provides the gift of Success to you and so is the other way round.

And how to be an A1 student as well as being an A1 servant to the Lord? Well, if you know the essential components in being an A1 servant to Allah, you'll certainly know the need to be an A1 student. It comes in a bundle as a package. Thus, let us not just focus on 24-7 studying.. There's a relationship that we need to cater for, as it took precedence over all others, i.e. our relationship with Allah. Once we cater, care for this relationship, we will eventually cater our relationship with family, friends, society, nature..etc

This is a reminder to first and foremost myself(me), as I forget things easily and to others who share the same comprehension of the ayah as me. Always do remind me of these type of things...

"so that he who perishes may perish after having received a clear sign and he who lives may live after having received a clear sign. (8.42)

Grid Manager..

in which i have to present the topic this thursday for my psychology subject..(im being psycho till the end), let me just brief what is really this managerial grid.

The background details of the grid is much too boring..so lets move on to the next part..

[Start]
What is really the managerial grid? Why is it famous among the managements in various kind of organizations?

This managerial grid was proposed by 2 economist, Robert Blake and Mouton in the 1960's to get a relationship between the success of an organization with the people who are related to the organization. They come up with the grid as below

The grid clearly depicts that the concern for production increases as it go along the abscissa and similarly for the concern for people which increase as the ordinate increases.

According to most people, well from most books and websites, they agreed that the (9,9) coordinate on the grid is the best type of management in all organizations. The concerns of the manager or leader is high in both people and production. The decision was done based on theory Y where people tends to work better if they are motivated by the knowledge of the company goals and objective.

How does this relate to our lives?

We are the organizations (being muslim could be think of as an organization) in our case.

There's no doubt that we should follow closely how our beloved prophet (saw) lived his life, nonetheless, in my opinion, the grid could certainly be a measure for us on what stand we're on now.

The abscissa line or the x-axis horizontal line, should be slightly change to the concern for the production (our production towards The All Mighty,Allah). And the ordinate or the vertical axis is our concerns to the welfare of the people on the ground we're currently able to stand on (alhamdulillah).

So, with this new grid, the muslim grid, certainly the best position is the (9,9) coordinate in which the production or ibadah towards Allah is to the maximum one can attain (different people has different capabilities), and the concerns towards the society state is also high. [jiwa yang sensitif tetapi kuat ;) ]

Now, plot ourself on the grid, which point on the grid are we standing today. What is our next point aim on the grid? Are we going to have a non-consistent graph throughout our life? Are we going to have a negative slope graph? are do we want to have a positive curve directing towards the (9,9) position and consistently to be there? We surely want the latter than the former (i hope we all do).

Yeah, thats true, no matter where we stand, the sincerity of the heart is what important. But it will surely be better if the sincerity in doing it + being on the grid (9,9). Its a plus..

So, everyday or night, we should reflect ourself what position were we today.
"Did I improve my position on this grid, or did i fall terribly from yesterday?
What can i do to boost my position towards my aim?
What make my position drop from yesterday? ...etc"
These are the questions one should ask oneself each day. (muhasabah diri)

A reminder to myself(me) and others as well which certainly often forgot what is the purpose of our life here when the world mount us and force us to submerge to the deepest of the sea.

Maafkan Teman

Hembusan bayu yang bertiup
Bersama deruan ombak yang memukul pantai
Hatiku sayu bila mengenangkan
Perpisahan yang tak diundang

Bertahun kita melangkah bersama
Sela cita-cita buat bekalan ke sana
Harapan ayah bonda janji pada agama
Kitakan terus mara biarpun badai yang datang melanda

Kita hanya mampu berusaha
Hanya Allah menentukannyasegalanya adalah milik-Nya
Dalam berusaha kita diuji
Kekadang tohmah kita dicaci
Diturutkan rasa hati ingin dilepaskan beban ini

Mujur ada teman membantu
Sokonganmu buat inspirasi
Berpeganglah pada janji kita yang dibina
Semoga kitakan dirahmati

Oh teman....

Debu-debu Dosa

A reminder, for me especially, who's always busy with d 'worldly' task- assignments,projects..
**
Ke arah mana halanya
Bagi insan yang terleka
Mengejar nikmat dunia
Bagaikan hidup selamanya
Tak peduli dosa noda
Seksa azab neraka
Hidup jauh dari rahmatNya

Terpedaya pada dunia
Pentas ciptaan manusia
Terlupa pada segala
Mengikut nafsu semata
Membiar syaitan beraja
Di hati dan juga jiwa
Mengejar dunia penuh debu dosa

Teguhkanlah iman dalam diri
Moga dikau akan merasai
Betapa indah nikmat Ilahi
Dan yakin kau akan dirahmati

Harus kau percaya dengan pasti
Dunia tidak kekal abadi
Hanya menguji cekalnya hati
Sebagai khalifah yang sejati

Tak perlu kau meragui
Andai teguh keimananmu
Pasti bahagia menanti
Di akhirat yang abadi

-Hijjaz: Damai - Debu-debu Dosa-

"O Allah, the busyness that You grant us is surely the best for us. Your meek servants as we will always be ,ask solely from You not to deviate our hearts from the straight path that You shown to us, with the engaging life that will always accompany us. Thus, we yearn that You will trace in our hearts if we starts to depart from the the true path so that we could return to be among the righteous of Your servants"

....

just nak kongsi kata2 yang best ni...=)

Tika kau lemah,
sahabat kau ada utk kau luah rasa,
Tika kau goyah, kau harus kuat
kerana kau pembawa agama,
Tika kau terluka, kau harus tabah
kerana kau mujahid muda.

"Allah did not promise that life would be easy, but He did promise to go with you, every step of your life with Him by your side. therefore, BELIEVE IN ALLAH"

"Sesungguhnya Allah membeli dr org2 mukmin, baik diri mahupun harta mereka dgn memberikan syurga utk mereka. mereka berperang di jalan Allah; sehingga mereka membunuh atau terbunuh, (sebagai) janji yang benar dr Allah di dalam Taurat, Injil dan Al-Quran. Dan siapakah yang lebih menepati janjinya selain Allah? Maka bergembiralah dgn jual beli yag telah kamu lakukan itu dan demikian itulah kemenagan yang agung"
[At-Taubah:111]

selamat bermujahadah buat semua =)

a thought that need answers

The world starts to go buzzy, fuzzy, blurry
People starts to ignore one another
Eager to catch up to the prolong technology
What was once important to the eyes of the mortal
Becomes the least interest in each of individual
They overlooked the purpose of their creation
What should we do to restore this knowledge?

Robots, the up-to-date technology
Humans are proud for 'creating' it
Did they not realize that they have indeed join the creation of what they claim to create ?
Endless daily routine were followed closely
from days to weeks
from months to years
as age starts to add
the youth that were once owned
replenish by the ongoing life
joining the 'golden generation' does not stop the same routine
continue to try to grasp the world till death come and seize them
What should we do to make them realize there more to than obtaining the wealth, power in this world?

urmm

best2..xkire nk letak gak kt cni =p

''...rindu, kedekatan, dan kehangatan perasaan adalah ibarat bahan bakar yang
menyalakan ukhuwah abadi, menambah gelora semangat, dan meringankan segala
beban yang ditanggung….

aku hairan, mengapa selalu merindukan mereka
hatiku bergejolak merindukan mereka

sebelum terlena

one of my ol' time favs to listen to in d middle of d night, when i'm alone, which is one of d ways to help me to reflect .

Sebelum mata terlena
Di buaian malam gelita
Tafakurku di pembaringan
Mengenangkan nasib diri

Yang kerdil lemah dan bersalut dosa
Mampukah ku mengharungi titian sirat nanti
Membawa dosa yang menggunung tinggi
Terkapai ku mencari limpahan hidayahMu

Agar terlerai kesangsian hati ini
Sekadar air mata tak mampu
Membasuhi dosa ini

Sebelum mata terlena
Dengarlah rintihan hati ini
Tuhan beratnya dosaku
Tak daya kupikul sendiri

Hanyalah rahmat dan kasih sayangmu
Yang dapat meringankan hulurkan maghfirahmu
Andainya esok bukan milikku lagi

Selimuti diriku
Dengan sutra kasih sayangmu
Agar lena nanti kumimpikan
Syurga yang indah abadi

Pabila ku terjaga
Dapat lagi kurasai
Betapa harumnya
Wangian syurga firdausi.. Oh Ilahi

Di sepertiga malam
Sujudku menghambakan diri
Akan kuteruskan pengabdianku padamu

Thank You

Thank You
For simply being there
On a cloudy day
On a sunny day
Thank you for sharing your joys
And bear with me
For showing me that I am so special
When my contribution counts
To our friendship
I've grown as a person
And I hope you have too
Thank you
Just for you
Thank you
For simply being my friend
For the special memories
We share together now
For the never ending support you always give me
Oh friend, oh
I will always love you
I can't tell you
How much that you mean to me
I pray for our everlasting friendship
Never ever say good bye to yesterday
Coz yesterday was special and wonderful
And I hope tomorrow will be better
Thank you for everything

AsiF

The wrong things that we have done towards Allah, will be forgiven undoubtedly by Him if we truly repent as He is The Most Forgiving of all.

The wrong things that we have done towards others, are not as easy coz before the one that we've hurt does not forgive us, our Lord will not do so.

So, here i'm taking the advantage to ask forgiveness from everyone, whether i do know you well or not, or happen to meet u by chance. All i'm asking is forgive my wrong doings towards all of u.
